Hi! Before I tell you about who I’m looking for, let’s find out if I’m the one you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a suit-wearing, luxury-car-driving, corporate-ladder-climbing kind of guy or a Wrangler-wearing, truck-driving, blue-collar kind of guy, you’re reading the wrong profile. However, if you’re looking for a dress-for-the occasion, convertible driving, self-made kind of guy, keep reading.

Okay, so a few things about me:

I’m kind to elders, kids, and animals and they are usually kind in return.
I don’t hunt or fish because I don’t like killing animals, but I must confess some of them are pretty tasty. The only sport I follow is pro football, but I’ll miss a game if there is something more interesting to do, unless it’s a Cowboys playoff game. I don’t hang out with the guys much, either. I’d rather spend my time with my kids and you.
I’m a gentleman and a gentle man. I will always open the door for you, and I would never intentionally hurt you.
I’m grounded, and no, I don’t mean I’ve been bad (well, maybe.) I mean I know who I am and I have my priorities straight. Personal growth is important to me.
I question everything, including authority. I’m a rebel when things don’t make sense to me.
I’ve been working since I was 14, and I can take care of myself just fine, thank you very much.
An industrial psychologist once told me I was the smartest man ever to walk into his office. How’s that for brainiac? I am not, however, a geek.
It takes a lot to ruffle my feathers.
I believe in human rights.
I’m well-versed in a wide range of subjects and enjoy intellectual conversation.
I live by a strong moral and ethical code, but I don’t judge the beliefs of others, as long as they mean no harm. Extremists of any kind irritate me.
I’m optimistic and believe people are basically good. I trust someone until they give me reason not to. I also believe in random acts of kindness. I’m the guy who will let you in traffic or chase you down if you leave your change in the self-serve line.
I believe in fairly tales.
I don’t take life too seriously, and I like to make people laugh.
I like all kinds of play—board games, party games, cards, chess, pool, football, baseball, fore, after—and I’m always ready to have fun.
I am very affectionate and will occasionally display it in public—if I care about you, the world will know. And I like to cuddle.

So who am I looking for? The Cleopatra to my Antony. The Guinevere to my Lancelot. The Bonnie to my Clyde. The one who makes my heart race when she enters the room, whose eyes melt my soul, whose embrace fills my heart. Jeez. Sorry, I get poetic at times. Mush. Yuck. She’s between 5’ and 5’4”, HWP, and very attractive (not that I’m superficial, but isn’t physical attraction what ignites the first spark?) She’s a girly-girl, but she has a bit of a tomboy side, too. She’s intelligent, sweet, laid-back, affectionate, open-minded, and considerate. She likes kids (I have two boys, ages 14 and 9, and I’m not only their dad, I’m their best friend) and animals (I have 3 cats and 2 dogs).
