I like all kinds of music, country , old and new; swing, jazz and blues. I love to dance. I enjoy reading and crossword puzzles, some computer games. I am widowed after 32 yrs and need to do things with the time that I have on my hands. Open to new adventures and opportunities. Looking for someone to share future dreams with; a candle-light dinner; travel and conversation. I have good health and hope to retire in a couple of years ; have an interest in travel and cruises. I used to fish and would enjoy doing again - could be your best fishin' buddy ever ! Also have never played golf, but I'm not afraid to learn (one is never too old to learn anything)!?! Why someone doesn't post a recent photo rather than one that is 10 years or so old ticks me off - gee - after all when two people meet - WOW- one of the two has poor eyesight ; don't you think it will be obvious right from the get go!! That could be a big let down and there goes the honesty attribute, right? Also we are here on POF because we have loved and lost our loved one through death, divorce or other reasons-
so I would appreciate and expect some information about the other ones' past - but
aren't we here for a fresh start and new adventures and possibly a good and happy future. I mean we all have our favorites; shoes ,cars and etc;but I feel disrespected when one tells the whole life history of past escapades and flings; it makes me feel like I'm not really there and if two people possibly are going to connect they need the other's ones attention and their attention only and that probably isn't going to happen when the presence of the other is possibly being compared to past affairs and how many times. Everyone has memories. I also feel that behavior such as the above is a sign of infidelity and may hinder any chance of a connection between the two ; so why bother reaching out to someone if truth and respect isn't on one's top agenda. Gee - guess I have said a little too much * but that is me. "THAT"S ALL I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THAT ! To have a pleasant conversation ; get to know one another; perhaps dinner and dancing; movie.
Perhaps a drive through the country ; a ride on a motorcycle would be nice also; since I love motorcycles.
