I'm an 8 year resident of Chicago and Michigan transplant. I've confined myself to the North Side until recently moving to Logan Square and recently and realized what I've been missing. I've become obsessed with finding the best Mexican restaurant in the city, but I feel like that's a toss up.

I recently started my own business and love the freedom of working for myself, but have also discovered that I need to find time for relaxation and relationships outside of work. I hope to go back to Europe this spring and do some more exploring.

I have a BA in History and enjoy reading non-fiction with plans to get back to reading a little fiction to change things up a bit. I am an avid listener of everything from classic rock to old school hip-hop. I'm more than willing to listen to new music and try new things.

I have a sarcastic(never cruel) sense of humor and would love someone to match wits with who is not offended by it.

Anything involving exploring a new neighborhood, restaurant, or bar for live music would be great. I'm definitely not in bad shape, but I'd prefer not to go on a "fitness adventure" during a first meeting. I get plenty of exercise during the work week as it is.
