I’m a sculptor, boat-builder and writer. I’m adventurous, and have a love for speed. As an artist, my subject of choice is natural history and as a boat-builder, I build kayaks. I find that there’s nothing more therapeutic than spending time out on the water.

My hobbies include kayaking, bonsai and photography, though I don't get out with the camera as often as I'd like to.

I’m a strong writer and a good listener and though I love to talk, I sometimes find that there’s nothing more wonderful than silently enjoying the company of the one I love--sometimes driving and quietly enjoying the scenery or quietly enjoying the warmth of my partners body. I'm an individual that loves eye contact and physical contact. How a person looks and touches often speaks louder than words or gifts.

I’m deeply loyal and generous (to a fault) and admit that I’m a sucker for a pretty face. I have a lot of friends, but only a few that I truly love.

I’m currently working as a bank courier, but listed boat-builder above as my profession because that is one of the things that define me and I’m currently moving toward self employment in the area of boat-building.

While I do enjoy a good DVD from time to time, I like to spend most days out and around.

My ideal first date is anything that would allow for stimulating conversation. It could be coffee, lunch, dinner or even something as simple as a walk.
