I definitely suck at writing these. My name is Robin and I recently moved to Powell River from Nova Scotia for work and university. Doing my first year over so I can possibly get into the B.Sc program at UVic and pursue a career in Psychology.

I'm a huge believer in Karma and love to talk about many of life's biggest philosophical discussions because it helps to keep my mind focused.

I love music. It has taught me much throughout my life and I have gained much experience dealing with many different genres and aspects of music. I have been playing guitar since I was 9 years old and have been playing drums and bass on and off for the past three years. I love most types and genres of music (I'm kind of an elitist at classification of music) and if you want to find out which kinds exactly, you'll have to ask because it is too much to put on this one section.

I have done and do many weird things, such as partaking in sales jobs in New Jersey, being filmed for ATV News, busking (street performing), playing lots of video games (I'm a big nerd when it comes to that kind of stuff), being exceptionally well at Rockband, air drumming (my favorite past-time), playing guitar on houseboats, acting as an extra in a movie, and travelling across the country to name a few.

I don't know what makes me unique, but "maybe if we sit down I could force it out, Ms. Genova." ;)

I don't know, maybe go swimming and talk. Maybe a dinner. Maybe sit and listen to some chilled music and figure ourselves out? Or, a concert would definitely be in order. Whatever works.
