Hi there, guy from North Central Illinois here who is into using his off time getting outdoors. Whether it be camping, sightseeing, road tripping or just kicking back in the yard with the grill and a frosty cold one. Since my original college plan was to do meteorology, sitting outside during a rain storm or chasing down a tornado is a relaxing time for me as well. You will not find someone who has a more diverse involement in community activites....sometimes, I think I am too involved.

Back in the place I call reality, you can find me working as in the public safety field. I primarily work as a public safety telecommunicator, but also am an on-call firefighter/EMT.

This fall, I am looking at maybe returning to school to finish up my paramedic schooling. Long term, I really would like to get into doing flight medicine or flight dispatching for an air evac service. I had the opportunity to fly with one of our local programs here in the spring and it was a blast.

As far as music, I can do anything from country, oldies, classic rock, southern rock, jazz, classic. Just no heavy metal or rap.

For a first date, I would not go to a bar or movie. That is typical and predictable.

We would meet a nice subdued restaurant for dinner, then go to a lodge and have drinks in front of either a window overlooking the scenery or sit around the fire place if winter time and talk about our interests. If things go well, perhaps take a walk through the wilderness.
