Welp, I'm a huge travel bug, for starters. Anytime I can visit a new place and experience new things, I take the opportunity. I enjoy waterskiing (well, the lake in general,) snowskiing, volleyball, art, art and history museums, live music, and a definite movie-buff. I used to be an art major, so I obviously love painting, graphic work, photography, and so on. It is finding the time to do my work that is the issue lately :)

I am currently a full-time student, majoring in Sociology with a minor in Anthropology. I will be graduating in Spring of 2010, which could not come too soon. After that, I hope to go on to Grad School to get my Masters in Archaeology, and then on to get my PhD in the same field. Yes, I want to be Indiana Jones when I grow up. One day I do want a family, but I definitely have a lot I want/need to do before having kids.

As for music, I pretty much like every genre... but what I normally listen to is chill and has good lyrics. Some of the usual suspects are Kings of Leon, Silversun Pickups, John Mayer, Coldplay, and so on.

I am adventurous, outgoing, honest, loyal, and intelligent. I am a people person; one of my favorite things to do is just sit and visit with people- what can be gained from great people, and sometimes not-so-great people, enriches our lives and helps us grow. I spend a lot of time with my family and close friends, they are a huge part of my life and that will never change.

I need someone who is a confident, secure, and intelligent person, who understands the importance of loyalty and commitment, and not losing themselves as an individual in a relationship at the same time. I also want someone who has similar goals and ambitions as me.

My idea of a perfect first date would be a situation that allows conversation to flow freely... other than that, I'm fairly open.
