| | My good sense of humour, practicality, reliability and being a good friend are what I am told by others are my good qualities. As the cliche goes, "like with like"... as such, I am looking for the same qualities in a good natured gentleman. Having said that, I am also seeking someone who is the "ying to my yang" or in other words, my complimentary opposite. Each of us alone as individuals are not perfect, but together, we can strike a better balance. I hope to be able to bring the same balance to you.
The person I'm looking for is someone who knows what he wants, knows where he is going in life and enjoys what he does. He needs to be stable, considerate, respectful, patient and not selfish.
Some of the things I enjoy are spending time with friends and family, cooking, dining out (Thai is one of my favourites), reading, going for walks/hikes, snuggling up and watching a movie. I'm looking for someone to connect with, a guy who has good values, and also knows how to have a good time. I'd like to have someone to sit and put my feet up with at the end of the day, share a glass of wine and laugh at each others' stories.
I am of the opinion that the best things in life are free - so I very much want the free stuff: happiness, being in love, kindness, loved ones around me and, of course, good health. If I'm lucky enough to have all of that, then I'll be rich.
I am caring, loving and considerate and have a lot to offer in a relationship. Of course, the chemistry has to be there to get there.
I don't have children, nor do I want any of my own. I think kids are great (have several nieces and nephews whom I love to pieces) but am just not cut out for the challenge, I'm afraid. I would prefer to date someone who either doesn't have children or, if they do, that they are pretty much self-sufficient (i.e., of teenage years).
As you can see, I like my privacy and prefer not to post a picture with my profile (just prefer not to be "all out there"), however, if you are interested in the foregoing, I will send some pictures upon request.
