It's a new time in my life right now and I'm enjoying every minute of it! I work out a lot for the physical benefits and emotional clarity. It works and it's non-negotiable time in my schedule. I love visiting the beach any time of year and enjoy hiking in on trails or just walking and talking, anywhere. Good conversation is essential, as is humor. I enjoy different types of music, but mostly the kind of music you hear on 101.9, with a few variations. Love to dance when I can find someone who's up for it. I enjoy going to the theatre or window shopping, visiting cafes or restaurants with great views - water or city. Always interested in trying something new.

I have a teenage son who means the world to me. He's getting his own social life now, so that leaves me with more free time to get out there as well. But, he will always be the top priority in my life.

I love meeting new people and being a part of an interesting, easy-flowing conversation. I like hanging out with positive, energetic, open-minded people. Not into heavy political discussions, but I am very passionate about my views (more liberal than most of my friends). I have a curious nature, so I ask a fair amount of questions if I'm trying to get to know you or understand your viewpoint. And I will remember your answers! So just be yourself. I believe everyone should value each other's feelings and their time. (Respect) We are all so busy in our day to day lives, when we do make the effort to connect with others for personal enrichment and enjoyment, it should be genuine.

I have a great sense of humor (ranges from silly to sarcastic) and laugh easily! I've been through a lot of change lately, and am ready to have some fun and see what direction life will take me.

Being in motion is good. But so is just being still. My work keeps me on a somewhat erratic schedule and can vary from week to week, so if we're going to get together, you might have to be spontaneous - like me!

I appreciate when someone acknowledges that I am special with simple random acts of kindness, because I practice that policy all the time. (Spontaneous!) It's just so easy to make someone know that you have been paying attention - really listening and observing, then surprising them with that awareness.

First date... Drinks or wine in a lounge, pub or over a nice dinner - If you can be relaxed and open with a fun sense of humor, have manners and can be INTERESTED... then we should have a decent time anywhere.
