I am not the guy with the bullhorn attitude. I follow my own lead. I am generally a gentleman and prefer blunt honesty over ambiguity. I’m smart, funny, active, motivated, adventurous, ambitious and fit. I go after what I want with confidence. I am an optimistic, adventurous person with a passion for visiting new places, enjoying a range of foods, and enjoying the outdoors.

I enjoy cooking, but grocery shopping not so much. Dinner is usually served with a spinach salad and feta. Dill and parsley are my favorite herbs.

I find peace in the outdoors, regardless of the season or the weather. I love the fresh air, whether it is the first sweet smell of Spring or the cool, crisp air of Fall. I like full moons, half moons, crescent moons, and simply looking at clear, star-filled skies. I have an odd affinity for post-war suburbia; I hold a particular fondness for untended shrubbery; foundation plants and dandelions gone to seed. Puppy love etched in schoolyard tree. I am fortunate to have a group of friends with whom I am very close. I also have an extremely supportive and loving family. I am sarcastic (sorry if that doesn't appeal); at moments funny; tongue in cheek, as well as foot in mouth. I am the guy who goes to the ends of the earth for his friends and the people he cares about. I give all I can to the people who matter in my life.

Overall, I am content with virtually all aspects of my life except that I still haven't met that special someone who warms my belly, brightens my thoughts, and makes me laugh. I am naturally affectionate and certainly don't mind (actually I look forward to) holding hands and kissing in public.

I am open to many types of people however some of the qualities I look for in an ideal match include someone who is open-minded, intelligent, adventurous, warm-hearted, and at a stage in life where she is ready to have and interested in having a mature relationship. I enjoy women who are loyal, loving and down to earth. Life is amazingly short and it's nice to enjoy the simple stuff--enjoy who you love and who you are.
