For a first date....especially with someone I haven't met face to face....I'll usually go for a short get together. Just an hour or two....either for drinks or coffee...or a bite to eat. This gives us a chance to talk...face to face....check each other out....and go from there. If we both like each other and want to continute....great! 2nd date....dinner, a movie, maybe even me playing a little guitar for you.....and hopefully, a nice, slow, long, romantic goodnight kiss....or two...or three...
