I think that the world is a pretty good place. I'm a bit of a die-hard optimist. I think that things happen in our lives for a reason, both good and bad - a lesson to learn, the chance to meet someone new, the opportunity to appreciate something beautiful. I'm a genuinely nice person.

I'm fairly quiet, I'm not a fan of conflict, but I will fight tooth and nail for things I feel strongly about. I'm an introvert, and need my down time and alone time sometimes, but I am funny, and I love to laugh! I love camping and spending time in nature. I go camping often, and I try to make it out to the mountains at least once a year.

I'm very creative, currently I am writing my first novel, and learning to paint, and to play the keyboard and guitar. I enjoy most types of music. I've started doing some photography, and I am loving it!

I'm looking for someone funny, creative, and resourceful. I'd like to meet someone musical, or who would at least humor me by accompanying me to karaoke occasionally. Road trips are also on my 'things I love to do' list.
