I am a social, active person, with a variety of interests and goals. I love spending time with friends or family, but value time on my own, as well -- reading, running, and writing and playing music. I've been a vegetarian for a few years. Some of my favorite activities are playing tennis, watching movies and traveling.

I actually enjoy getting to know someone over a drink at a cozy, local bar or pub. Big difference from the club scene. I'm always curious when meeting new people -- maybe it's the reporter still in me :). I'm just as happy discussing current events and philosophy as I am making people laugh.
