i am a thinker and a dreamer, i have a thing for crunchy and sweet, i'm the kind of girl you take seriously, dinner will always be ready when you walk through the door, i do not articulate as well as others but my intentions are always honest, you will always know where you stand, even after i love you i will still flirt with you, i am such a girly girl, i'm allergic to cats, i subsconsciously yawn when i'm over it, i rescued a dog on a 10 degree day - no one claimed him so i did, i travel with my pillow, i keep almonds in my glove box for when i'm in traffic, i have had a life of many failures and i shouldn't be as intact as i am but bitter is not an option, i'm sure kissing, class and intelligence will never go out of style, i try not to hate but i hate liars, i am never afraid to ask, i will always try to sympathize when you tell me i've hurt you, i am a snob - but only when it comes to shoes and who i call friend, i will not allow pride to destroy my relationships, i'll insist on candlelite dinners in our sweatpants, i have low blood sugar, i'm comfortable in jeans and flip flops or at a black tie event, i'll take a glass of wine on your front porch over a pretentious restaurant any day, i would rather you write me a love letter than buy me diamond earrings, i'm addicted to chap stick, i am funny without trying to be, i crave chocolate daily, nothing beats stimulating coversation with someone who gives you butterflies, i have had the occassion to dance with some amazing souls who rarely came wrapped in a box with a pretty ribbon and i am grateful...

you live for today but have a plan for the future, you admit when you're wrong, your core is loaded with integrity and you know that humility will make you a person of character, you look forward to quiet nights at home, you like to cook breakfast together on sunday mornings, you appreciate what you have when you have it, you are not afraid to call me just because you wanted to hear my voice...even if it's only 7am, you take pride in your appearance, you keep the zipper on your heart close to the top but you're not afraid to be vulnerable, you let me pick up the tab when i want to, you love surprises...especially from me, you understand that text messaging is NOT used for planning a date or important conversations, you'll share dessert with me, your face lights up when i walk into the room, you are evolved enough to realize that it's about how someone makes you feel and not how perfect they look, you know the difference between sexy and trashy, you are sure of yourself - not full of yourself, you are confident - not c*cky (POF thinks this is a BAD word!), you know that respect and good communicate are key in a solid relationship, you always make me feel protected, you are CONSISTENT, you love your family, you are ready for a real relationship and you have time to cultivate it, you never use 'busy' as an excuse - you find the time when you want to...

for a first on line date, a drink or coffee, not a whole day together. there's always a second date, right? once i know there's a genuine interest, i want to hear everything you have to say, in every language you know how to say it...then i look foward to lunch in paris...dinner in rome...the more romantic the better!! but i'll settle for a picnic in the park or wine and cheese in a really cozy cafe ;) (there's always time for paris...)
