| | I would like to find someone who enjoys getting out on weekends and seeing the countryside. I prefer the simple and spontaneous (driving to nowhere in particular and stopping at interesting places along the way or going to an arts and crafts fair) to the well-planned or extravagant. I am faithful, honest, and look for the same qualities in a man. Classic rock and roll music will always be my favorite, but I appreciate most other music as well. (There's nothing like some Sammy Hagar, Cheap Trick, or Billy Idol while flying down the highway, and Neil Young, the Moody Blues, or Pink Floyd seem to wind down the day just fine for me.) I know how to dress up and own more than a few such ensembles, but when the weekend comes, I'm ready to pull on the jeans and tennis shoes/flip flops. I own my own home and vehicles (all quite simple), and I'm financially independent. I've been told all my life that I have a great sense of humor, so that would probably be my greatest asset. I enjoy laughing, be it at a movie, a joke, or myself. Certainly there is someone out there for me.
I'm new at this and have some reservations about the picture aspect. I DO have pictures, but I won't post them on a website. If that's a deciding factor for someone, I guess it wasn't meant to be in the first place. |

It's hard to say what would make for a perfect first date. I suppose it would depend on the connection two people might feel upon meeting. The ideal first date would be to meet a wonderful man who would be so engaging and perfect, we'd hit it off immediately and end up spending the entire day together just talking and laughing. (One of those things where the employees in the place give you "the look" that says, "Go home. It's closing time.") The place doesn't matter. I want to end the night looking forward to a phone call that I know will come within the next few hours. As corny as that sounds, wouldn't it be great? If THAT wasn't an option, I'd say coffee somewhere that allowed for conversation would be just fine. |
