This is the difficult part....My friends call me a Renaissance woman - I have many talents...from making you feel special,loved & at ease, to building you a piece of furniture. I recently returned to Long Island after being in the Florida Keys for many years. My brother gave me a circular saw & an electric screw gun for "welcome home" presents! I have taught cooking & have had recipes published. Used to teach 3rd grade. Have owned a florist in Great Neck for 10 years. Made all of my daughter's clothes when she was small. Play lots of instruments & have been in choruses for years. Worked on a specialized construction crew for several years. Dancing is my passion - go ballroom dancing at least once/week. Trade on Ebay. The list truly does go on & on...but have to save some things for you to discover!

The best first dates seem to be where there are plenty of things to see & talk about....like going to the Nautical Mile in Freeport. No movies here(not conducive for talking & getting to know one another), food is not formal & whenever, bands are great, dancing is possible, chatting is unforced. A great time to be had!
