I always put others' interests and needs in front of my own and I'm looking for the person who would like to return the favor for me. Although I'm very independent, I love the companionship and intimacy a relationship provides that a friendship does not. I also have many variables and inconsistencies in my life and am looking for someone to be my rock and grounding force. Being a Pisces, I'm a very emotional person who can be very sensitive. This is probably my best and worst attribute. I dedicate myself to things I feel strongly towards and that makes me vulnerable at times. However, to compensate for my sensitivity, is my resilience. I have faced some hard times and have managed to plow myself through them with class and pride. I pride myself on my nurturing demeanor, my curiosity, my childlike excitement and appreciation of "the little things" in life, my humor and desire to belly laugh, and my humbling self- reflective mentality to always look into how things can be done better next time. I'm eager to find someone who knows what they want and who they are and who will adore me for who I am and what I want. I would love for them to challenge me to be the best person I can be as I will challenge them to do the same. Having interests in common is a must, but I would also like my match to be able to introduce some new things into my life, that I may have not experienced before. I hope that I too, will be able to share some things in my life that will add to the previous experiences in the life of my match. I have two dogs that are a prominent part of my life and need someone who is understanding of the sacrifices that sometimes need to be made as a pet owner. Finally, I have an abundance of energy and would love to find someone to spend my energy talking to, hanging out with, going to dinner with, playing or watching sports with, traveling and exploring new places with, or simply having someone to just watch a movie at home with on a rainy day.
Since a person is only as good as their worst trait, I figured I should give the heads up upfront. If you can deal with all this, the rest of me is real easy to put up with:
- I'm overly sensitive when it comes to issues with animals.
- I can be pretty messy when my schedule becomes really busy, even though that's when I need things most organized.
- I can be self conscious sometimes
- I'm very sarcastic
- I'm always looking to do things better next time, and I feel that makes me a little critical sometimes; of myself and others
- I work well under pressure and therefore tend to procrastinate
- When I work out I don't perspire; I sweat- ALOT!
- In general, my taste in clothing, food, decor, etc tends to be expensive
- I have to go to bed relatively early during the week because I teach aerobics before going to work in the mornings.
Although that's not everything, I hope its enough to give an idea of who I am. Most days I'm found with my hair up and no make up, but I love the chances I get to dress up. Likewise, I love a guy who can wear sweats and workout clothes as well as he wears a suit and tie. Although the pictures and information I have included in my portfolio are relatively accurate, I'd like to think that meeting me in person is better than anything I can show or write in print:) I have plenty of stories to tell and would love to hear about the events that have helped shape your life!
