I am a pretty casual person. I prefer pubs to clubs, love being outside, and just hanging out and talking. I'm an animal lover, and love gardening, though I'm not very good at it! (If I had to survive off of what I grew I would be in serious trouble!)I love taking day trips to nearby islands and going camping. I'm not gonna lie, I'm not a super athletic person, and I like my exercise to be fun rather than painful. (Marathons = yuck; exploring new areas by moderate biking or hiking, trying out rock climbing or canoeing = fun! Ending the evening with a couple beers? Even better!)

I'm still figuring life out and working on my career. I got my bachelor's degree (english & history) a few years ago, and now I'm taking a course that should have me on track career-wise in the new year. I will be in education and I'm really excited about that. Let's see...I love living in the city but I do dream of having a hobby farm one day...maybe moving to a smaller town? I'm shy at first, but can be pretty chatty when you get to know me! The meeting in person thing is pretty intimidating, so I'm happy to chat for a bit first and see if there's any interest there before proceeding. OH, and if you hunt, are scared of or are severely allergic to animals, I'm probably not the person for you...I do volunteer in animal rescue, and I have a few pets of my own. That said, if you want a dog walking date, I know a golden retriever that would be happy to double ;)
