I am looking for a long term relationship with a man who is not afraid to have an opinion contrary to mine and is passionate enough to verbalize it. By nature I tend to be a workaholic. I am a shy/quite woman when getting to know you. Once we become familiar I am silly and outgoing and I have a smile for every occasion.

My hobbies are gardening and cooking and I enjoy being at home doing both. I am the kind of woman who will mail you a surprise Christmas Present of cookies and pack you a lunch when you have had a rough day. I do like to go out for an occasional glass of wine, some dancing or even dinner and a movie.

I love to read for learning and enjoy the challenge of trying new things. I like all different types of music, and I guess this shows my age, just as long as I can hear myself think when listening. People often think I am 20 years younger than I am, amd I have genetics to thank for that.

A first date can be anything from pizza and beer to a Broadway production. I enjoy walking in the rain and a crackling fire with hot chocolate.

My dream date would include time for conversation and perhaps a challenging game of trivia.
