1. Talk about your hobbies

I have a different sort of hobby. I co-write a webcomic! I also have ambitions to write a comic book in the near future. I already have a short comic that I co-wrote coming out in an anthology very soon!


2. Talk about your goals/aspirations

Besides writing comics, probably to finish up my University degree (English Major; Irish Studies Minor) and to get a day job that isn't in telemarketing--which is what I do now.

3. Talk about yourself and what makes you unique!

I'm a bit of a nerd! I love comics, web design, graphic art and am currently attempting to design some of my own knitting and crochet patterns for clothes/dolls. I love animals and have thee somewhat interesting pets--two rats and one ferret.

I'm a pretty laid back person, and I'm signing up to this site to meet other creative people, possibly for potential dates!

4. Taste in Music/Movies/Books

My music tastes are varied: Dean Martin, Nine Inch Nails, The Lonely Island, Amy Winehouse, Duffy, No Doubt, U2, Dropkick Murphys, Sarah Brightman. Musical Soundtracks (Repo! the Genetic Opera, Moulin Rouge) Movie scores (Danny Elfman)...

My Favorite Movies: Charlie Bartlett, Taken, Die Hard, (any other movie with Bruce Willis or Liam Neeson) Lars and the Real Girl, Darkman, The Dark Knight, Transporter 1 & 2, The Italian Job, Ocean's 11, Red Eye, Dragonheart, Harry Potter films, the Godfather, One and Two, Pan's Labyrinth, Zoolander, Lock, Stock, & Two Smoking Barrels, Red Eye, Silence of the Lambs, Sean Connery Bond movies, Indiana Jones, Star Wars (the good ones)...

Books: The Godfather, Watchmen, Comic Books (Hellboy, Batman) American Psycho, The Importance of Being Earnest, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Arkham Asylum (which, I guess, is also a comic book)...

TV Shows: The IT Crowd, The Office, The Ghosthunters, Mythbusters, Gargoyles, Batman the Animated Series, Doctor Who, I used to watch CSI before it got LAME...

My ideal first date involves the rooftop of the Gotham City Police department and the batsignal. But...since you're probably not Commissioner Gordon, I think I could settle for a coffee and a chance to get to know you better.
