A little about me.. My name is Kat and I'm 22. Been in Jax most of my life, so I haven't gotten out much. I absolutely adore the beach and would love to spend more time there than I currently do. I am a writer, or trying to be, and you can easily find my nose buried in a book or typing away at a screen. (I'm also a big computer nerd, hehe!) Though, I'm just as much a sucker for good clubs and dancing. I love going out and meeting new people, although I am extremely shy at first. It might take a while for me to warm up to you.

I've been in two serious relationships gone bad, so I know what I want and what I don't want. I've been stepped on and used, and this little girl had enough. I'm not afraid to tell you what I want, so I hope you don't mind a bit of stubbornness and me speaking my mind.

I've been called pretty, but that's for you to decide. I do admit though I am not model thin; there's a few extra pounds I'm working to take off. I am, however, a blast to be with, so please be open-minded and not judge a book by its cover.

Music is just as much a part of my life as my writing is. I almost always have it playing, and just about any type at that (I despise rap, sorry!). Recently I've started working on my photography and will be attending classes to expand on that. So, hope you like getting your picture taken!

First dates to me are so boring.. I never know what to do or say. Dinner/lunch and a movie is always a good one, but.. You can't talk during movies, and I feel awkward sitting next to a near stranger for hours not able to say anything in the dark. Soo.. Let's mix it up a bit! Something exciting, and yet, able to talk and get to know one another, something we both enjoy doing. Or, if not.. Then a first date for one's interest, and a second for the other person's. Kinda like a trade off to really get to know someone and what they like. Or who knows, maybe you have a better idea?
