Don't you just hate talking about yourself? It seems like we are bragging. Well here it goes. I am the son of Greek immigrants. I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA. and visit my family in PA about once a year.
I am kind of shy, sensitive, honest, dependable, trustworthy,loyal, caring and giving kind of guy. A one woman man, that is to say I am not a player. I am the kind of guy who will give you flowers or a gift for no apparent reason except to express my love or happiness.
I am retired from the U.S. Air Force after a 22 year career. I am currently unemployed after being laid off as an archivist for a government contractor. I have traveled to a lot of places around the world and in our USA during my military career.
I enjoy watching sports, especially baseball and football. I have been playing baseball once a year in Florida at a fantasy camp the last eight years. I am a big Pittsburgh Pirate, Steelers and Penguin fan.
I enjoy playing chess and listening to all types of music from classic to rock. I enjoy dancing especially slow dancing and I do mostly freestyle, a basic East Coast Swing, Cha Cha. I am open to learning ballroom dancing with the right partner.
I enjoy going to the movies or watching a DVD at home. I can bake Baklava, which is a Greek pastry and a few other Greek dishes. I am also into photography, and sports memorabilia, garage sales, antique shops. I have many other interests as well. I am in the process of updating my photos. Some women say I look better in person than in photos. That may be true but it's up to the eyes of the beholder.
