I would like to find someone who is kind, intelligent, has a sense of humor, shares my values, and is interested in a true partnership; someone who enjoys good food, good conversation, traveling, and spending time together; and who works hard and also takes time out to nurture a relationship. Doing work that is meaningful to me is very important to me, although I also believe in achieving a balance between work and home. Since law school, I have been a civil legal services lawyer, representing people who are poor and/or with disabilities. Recently, I began teaching full-time at an area law school. I have a large, Italian, Catholic extended family. I enjoy reading, cooking, traveling, movies, and spending time with friends. I am sensitive, caring, loyal, and organized. Although I do litigation (there is plenty that calls for extraversion there) and can talk for hours with close friends, I can be quiet and reserved with people whom I do not know well. I am Catholic and am drawn to the Church's social justice mission, although I consider myself a progressive Catholic and don't agree with all of the doctrine.
