I'm very close to my family and my favorite job is being an uncle! The cool uncle, of course. My nieces and nephews will tell you that I'm a kid stuck in a grown man's body. I can't argue with that...I'm usually easy going and laid back. I pretty much get along with everybody...I have a good sense of humor (maybe a bit sarcastic!) and a really goofy side, but I'm also very serious and responsible when it comes to important matters...I've lived in the Tupelo area my whole life and I love it, although there's a few other places I enjoy visiting....I just like having a good time, going to the movies, the outdoors, hanging out at home, the usual.

I'm a HUGE football fan and I love anything that involves MSU....I like music, fishing, 4-wheelers, etc...I love going to watch my nieces and nephews play sports (football and softball)...I enjoy nature and walking trails, stuff like that...I like playing games, whether it's Texas Hold-em or something goofy like UNO or Phase 10...even board games...I have a background in journalism, so I can get a little carried away sometimes when I start writing. (Can you tell?)...I've also been known to fire up the playstation for some football action!

Music: I've always considered myself primarily a country fan, but I listen to just about anything you can imagine.

Movies: I like a lot of different movies and I buy way too many dvd's...Remember The Titans has to be near the top of my list, along with Radio and Rudy. (Notice a football theme?) Here's some others...Old School, Tommy Boy, Secondhand Lions, The Bucket List, A Time To Kill, Glory and way too many more to mention...I'm a big fan of Robert Duvall and Morgan Freeman. I've also recently found myself watching Vince Vaughn movies, because his characters usually remind me of myself for some reason...One of my all time favorites is an old black and white Jimmy Stewart film called Harvey, that I'm sure most of you have never heard of. I actually tracked down the dvd...I also love a good horror movie. (and sometimes a bad one. Lake Placid is hilarious!)

Television: Just like everything else, I have a wide variety of television interests...Survivor, Deadliest Catch, Biggest Loser, Law and Order (mainly SVU), Monk, ESPN, CNN, King of the Hill, just to name a few...and yes, cartoons.

Books: Anything by John Grisham is great! I also read other random stuff...I like history and biographies a lot...but nothing can touch Grisham...

I'm just looking for someone sweet, smart and with a sense of humor, who will enjoy being with me as much as I enjoy being with them.

Hmm, for the first date, I'm a traditional "dinner and a movie" kinda guy, but anything is possible.

I love going out, but I also love hanging out at home sometimes...Nothing wrong with a football game, either.
