Righto, so... I have quickly come to the realisation that any attempt at humour in these boxes is probably considered as some kind of faux pas, so I will forego such extravagances and get to the point!

I think it is difficult to pin down what it is that makes me who I am, since I myself haven't fully figured it out yet.
What I do know is that I am very fond of the simple things in life, going on walks, watching the events of the day unfold (a bit of a flâneur if you will), going on obscure adventures, curling up with a good book, and spending time with family and friends.

I am passionate about film. My taste is eclectic; ranging from the avant-garde works of Kenneth Anger, to world cinema, all the way to the latest Hollywood release. Whatever it is, a nice post view chin wag, over a lovely cup of chai is of the utmost importance.

I love to read. I dabble with various topics; from esoteric ramblings, to philosophy and literature. I oft find myself retreating to some quiet corner at work to get some reading done. One of my all time favourite authors is a Norwegian chap by the name of Knut Hamsun. Currently reading some Hesse. Steppenwolf seems to encapsulate my very being.

I enjoy going indoor rock climbing and have recently finished some swimming lessons! What is up with the butterfly stroke?!

In terms of music I am very easy going. I enjoy listening to all sorts, dictated by the mood I am in. To define is to limit!
