Hi, my name is Karyl and I am new to PlentyOfFish. I'm trying to figure out this whole dating thing again afer being off the market for awhile.

I'm an easy going, happy go lucky kind of person. I get along with everyone I meet. I've been married before, but have no kids. I don't mind dating someone that has kids already. I do have one dog. I love pets!

I'm a bit of a musician. I love to play the piano, guitar and violin; not all at once of course! I used to LOVE to travel and have been to many places. Unfortunately, I have been quite busy lately and not vacationed as much as I would like. I love to stay active. I ride my bicycle a lot and try to get out and walk/hike. I love to golf, but I'm not great at it. I also enjoy movies, music, concerts, bbqs, tv, sushi, good friends... etc

I would rather meet someone right away, rather than email for days and days and days... or weeks and weeks. It is difficult to see if there is a real connection without actually meeting. I am up for just about anything. My schedule is fairly open and I'm always willing to drop everything and just meet for lunch, or coffee, or dinner, or a drink, a walk... etc.

I'm also looking for someone that will take charge a little bit, just ask me out, I'll probably say yes. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but it's really nice to have a guy plan the date, and it doesn't have to be elaborate. I'm a simple kind of girl.
