I'm an easy going and social East Coaster. Pink is my best Trivial Pursuit category, and I enjoy having intellectual conversations about silly or perverse topics. When I'm not wearing my Spiderman suit, I'm a post-doc at UCBerkeley. I study neurosciencey aspects of human memory, so I'm a cool person to watch Memento or Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind with.

My weekend goals before 2010 include: trekking around the Bay Area a lot more, and beefing up my Flickr account in the process; progressing beyond Chopsticks on my recently acquired keyboard; sampling every vegetable sold at the Berkeley Bowl; and using fewer gerunds.

POF profiles tend to avoid any discussion of dating, but I don't pay attention to social norms like that or even traffic lights.
