I am single and seeking a man who is mentally sane, emotionally secure, content with himself and his life, he is aware that his life is not perfect but he is okay with himself. He is positive and uplifting to be around, charming and charismatic with polite manners and a healthy respect for women in general. I like my man a bit younger but not older. Doesn't everyone?

I am fit and in-shape, I exercise and eat properly. I do this for me because I want to be healthier and live a longer life with more fun. I am 43 and never been married with no kids. I am mentally balanced on an even keel and my moods do not swing up and down unpredictably and I am looking for the same.
