It's funny, but I always seem so bad with these descriptions. I never know if I put enough in them.

Hey,

My name is Steve. I'm a lifeguard at a state park. I'm 22 and I'm trying to find that special someone I can share time with. I'm new to this site, though I have tried many others with no success. The truth is I have been alone for sometime now. I watch all my other friends go through one girlfriend after another (seems most girls are attracted to jerks, which I am not) and I'm filled with regret and sadness. I do admit that I am a loner at times. But I fear that people have never really given me a chance, most judge me before they even know me. However I hope to change that, I'm more commited than ever to branch out and meet new people. You'll find out the first thing about me is that I'm a kinder and gentler then other guys. I care about what others are thinking and it has made me a good listener among my friends. I don't judge people on their mistakes nor do I ask you to share them with me if you don't want to.

When it comes to hobbies I'm a jack of all trade. I like to try everything at least once. Whether its food, movie, drinks, or hobbies. There are very few things I will not try once. I'm looking for someone who will broaden my world to new things. Though I have lived in a small town for most of my life I have seen the world, but I want to see more.

My goal is to become a law enforcement officer at a PD. For the last 3 years I have gone to college to get my associates degree in criminal justice and now that I have it I'll be joining the academy soon. The training will be difficult but once over I will be certified peace officer.

When it comes to music or movies I like a good story line, good actors, and no funny business. I will admit I'm the same guy who went out and saw the dark knight, then back tracked and saw P.S. i love you, which I say was great. Music...hmm. well as long as it rocks i'm good. Classic, metal, even country. Everything from Jimmy Hendrix to disturbed. Though I have been favoring Theory of a Deadman.

It depends on the kind of girl you are. If you are the romantic type, we could do a nice dinner, either going out to a restaurant or I could barbeque or cook something. If you are the more adventurous type, I could take you out horseback riding or take you out to the gu range and teach you how to shoot. Either way, we could go out and sit on the tailback of my truck and talk. I like to get to know a girl and find out what we have in common. Then I'd drive you home and tip my hat goodnight.
