My hobbies are actually what I believe what makes me unique, not so much in what they are, but that I like to find ways to apply them to each other. I have been training in boxing for the better part of a decade, and my Muay Thai experience is a bit behind that. I love to dance, and I have been swing dancing since 2005. A year ago, I got into contemporary and hip hop. Just recently I have formed a dance group known as "Idlewild 901" using a fusion of swing and hip hop. I am a theatre major at my college, and all my previous experience comes into play through both choreography and performance. I would love to get more serious into film, perhaps make a career of acting, and I believe my experience in fighting and dance would bring a lot to that. I know the theatre thing may turn a few people off, but I'm really not identified as a "theater kid" since I really don't fit the stereotypes there. Guess I'm just a dancer at heart. I do describe myself as offbeat, and while not necessarily confrontational, I am not afraid to fight for the things I care about. I have a few tattoos, all of which are very important to me (spirituality, culture, and one out of personal history). To be honest, I'm not good at starting an immediate relationship. I really need to be friends with the person before I start anything even close to intimate, so if you're patient maybe things will progress.

I am one for hookah and tea, so a local hookah bar or coffee shop (one that serves tea) would be ideal. Getting to know the person is paramount, and I like to establish a rhythm early on. That said, dance is really the way I prefer to judge chemistry with other people. Even if you don't know how to swing or krump, I want to see how you move and how you react to me on the floor. Live music is a must, and there are plenty of places to go with independent artists and floorspace. I love blues (both in music and dance) and a lot of the more indie rock bands, so a bar/coffee shop on a day with live music would be most fantastic.
