| | I enjoy the simple things in life. I really enjoy spending time outdoors - camping, hiking, fishing or just sitting by the campfire. I also like watching movies, gardening, listening to music, watching hockey and some other sports, biking (bikes with motors and without), volunteering, stimulating conversation, good coffee, and spending time with my family at the lake in the summer. I'm not much for the bar scene, although I do enjoy a beer while watching a football game or a glass of wine with dinner to unwind. I am usually willing to try new things, but may need some extra encouragement. I also have a canine companion, and she is a very big part of my life. She is a sweetheart and very well-behaved. I also frequently foster dogs for a local rescue organization. I mostly listen to contemporary christian music -- Third Day, Kutless, Casting Crowns to name a few that I like most. The lyrics are uplifting and keep me grounded in my faith. I enjoy going to both the contemporary and traditional worship services at my church. I am looking for a man of integrity; someone that wants to grow in his relationship with Christ. I would like find a man that is willing to walk beside me so that we can enrich each other's lives. I strive to listen to HIS word and be open to HIS will for my life, but I am hoping to find someone to share the journey :) |
