I moved to Dallas about 6 months ago. I'm a big city guy but I can still appreciate small town charm.

I work as a litigation and health care attorney in downtown Dallas. I like the law, but it does not define me. I tend to work hard and play hard.

I'm originally from San Antonio and bleed burnt orange. (If you don't know what that means, we might not get along).

I like sports -- played football and rugby for the University of Texas, but I also like creative things -- played piano competitively (won 1st place in an international classical piano competition in Czechoslovakia).

I love comedy (i.e. David Cross, Richard Pryor, Doug Stanhope),chess, hanging out, getting coffee, all kinds of music, going to the movies, going out to eat (esp. sushi), and techno/salsa/dancing in general.

Traveling is my favorite thing to do, especially internationally. In fact, several of my profile pics are from Africa, where I traveled to this past year. I tend to backpack and stay in hostels; so if you can't rough it, I might not be right for you.

I am culturally Jewish, but I don't practice religion. I can appreciate the concept of religion, through, and respect those who do practice their religion. Just don't try to change me.

Overall, I'm laid back and just looking to meet someone who is also laid-back and knows what they want.

Incidentally, I like assertive, confident, and independent women -- meaning, a woman who is not afraid to write or call a guy first.

Meeting for coffee is best because you can talk and get to know each other.
