Hello! Thanks for checking out my profile.

My name is Ben(jamin). I was born in a small town in Indiana named Brownsburg (where? exactly.) Growing up in the mid-west was fun, great bike trails, snow forts and hide n' seek in the cornfields that were taller than you. I am the youngest of five kids, my mother is an artist, my dad is an electrician. I have lived in Az since 1994 and still can't get over the heat in the summer. One of these days I will vacation in Alaska all summer.

I own and operate Take Note Music studio in East Mesa. I teach private and group music lessons. On top of teaching I also perform with several rock/jazz/funk/soul bands all over the valley and state. You will also find me playing Saxophone outside most sporting events in Phoenix (Cardinals, Suns, Dbacks).

I really dig music, art festivals/walks, cooking + eating, outdoor activities (biking, running, hiking, swimming), panda bears, hitting the gym, popping bubble wrap, bright colors, and the Spanish word for "peanut butter". I prefer the beach to camping, unless camping refers to renting a cabin. Also random road trips are a blast, especially to New Mexico to pick up some fireworks!

I have a great sense of humor, sarcastic but charming, four tattoos, lead a healthy lifestyle and I want to be Tom Waits when I grow up.
