I just celebrated my 45th birthday and told myself it was time to turn over a new leaf. I've turned my focus inward and have become passionate about getting emotionally, mentally and physically fit and staying that way. I want to fulfill my personal potential and I want to be able to offer my "newer better" self to someone who also displays self-respect and shares my appreciation for life. I would like to build a relationship based on friendship, understanding, respect and mutual appreciation. I want to find someone who supports me in my efforts to become everything that I can possibly be. I'm ambitious, genuine, gving and fun. I'm satisfied and proud of my independance, but would love to find a partner to enhance and compliment my life.

A long walk on the beach is fine with me. Anything that has to do with nature and being outside.
