I hate these things. I think the best way to describe me is that I am one of those nice guys....you know, the ones that are supposed to finish last? I can be really shy at first, which is what I think has lead me to this site. After that first initial hello, it's very easy for me to open up.

I enjoy normal guy things; like sports, working out, going out, sleeping, etc. I also like to stay in, but lately my friends haven't been allowing that to happen. I work in the accounting field and I am enjoying the downtime that comes with the holiday season, but once the first of the year comes around, taxes will reappear and start to take a stranglehold on my time and quite frankly, my sanity! I'm living in the Wrigleyville area and starting to get a taste for all areas in the city. As much as I've gotten out, there is so much left to explore. I'm always anxious to get out and experience all the city has to offer and it would certainly be ideal to meet a great person in the process.

I'd love to meet someone or people who like trying new things, especially in the city. New restaurants, new shows, new parks, new bands, etc. There is so much to do in this city, but it would also be nice to meet someone who would want to stay in for a couple beers and watch a movie or the game. I've grown fond of traveling and have started to travel, abroad last year and domestically this year. Someone that likes to travel and experience new things is certainly a keeper in my book!

I'm really just a simple guy with a good head on my shoulders, so I simply look for the same in a woman. I'm an open book, so if there is anything else you'd like to know, feel free to ask!

Living in the city, there are endless possibilities. On a first date, I could see a nice dinner followed by a walk and stopping for a drink at a random bar we walk by. It's Christmas time, so you can't go wrong with the Christmas lights and Millenium Park. And don't worry, feel free to wear heals. My height will always make that possible!
