My story probably isn't much different than anyone elses. I've been married, that ended in 98'. Been in a few relationships since, that obviously haven't worked out. I work alot and play alot. I play softball 3-4 times a week. That also means I try to stay in some form of shape. I don't drink alcohol, or coffee. Not that I'm a health nut, I wasn't good at alcohol, and I can't stand coffee, or most vegetables.
Pickles and mushrooms, are at the top of fowlest things in the world, list. I'm basically a regular meat and potatoes kinda guy.
I'm into camping, fishing, motorcycles, 4 whlrs, skiing, would like to get back into skydiving, but time and money prevent that for now. So, one can see that I try to stay fairly active. I have alot of interests. But, staying home on a weekend and watching a movie is pretty nice too. It'd be alot nicer to have someone to enjoy it with. On that note, I'll go a little deeper.
I want the whole package, partner,intelectually, spiritually, emotionally, physical would normally be the attraction that leads to finding the rest. I really like long hair, very feminine. Not that a girlie girl is what I want either. If you don't mind getting dirty on the 4whlr, or in a garden, that's good. A nice mix of glamour and grit. I want to look into the eyes of who I'm with and see the same adoration looking back at me as I give. I am not 420 friendly. I haven't drank alcohol in a long time, I wasn't good at it.
I believe that taken to extremes, it is a means of escapism. A drink or two once in a while isn't a problem. Toking or drinking alot is not what I want in a relationship. I think it disconnects you from your feelings, stifles your emotions. If I'm giving 100% of myself, I don't want to settle for a deminished capacity in return.
Now that I've alienated most of the population, I'm sure there will be very few responses to this. Now to clarify, if it's just a casual date, I have no right to regulate anyone's use of mood alteration. I'm only describing what I want in the long term.

First date, hmmmm. How about a motorcycle ride to somewhere conversation can be easy. A restaurant or icecream shop, or a park. spend some time getting to know each other, that is what it's about, right.
