Everyone asks for recent photos. These are all less than a year old. They were taken in July of 2009. Only difference is my hair is longer. Not sure houw long I'm going to let it grow...any thoughts?
Everyone seems to say the same thing and I to enjoy going to the movies, sports events, dancing, camping, walking/hiking. Here are a few that are different; embroidery, cross-stich, crafts, and sewing. Willing to try new things. Have tried kayaking and want to do more. Traveling on long weekends. Looking through antique shops. Quiet nights at home.
I'm looking for someone that is fun and enjoys being at home but also enjoys going on short trips on the spur of the moment and doesn't mind planning a longer vaction every other year or so. I'm ready to start looking for the right man for me. I love kids and family time and am the type of person that can fall in love with other peoples children...that's why I'm in education. I will also value your family traditions and history and hope that you would do the same. Nothing worse than someone coming in and just getting rid of treasured family heirlooms and pictures. I see it as we both had a life before today. Many people played parts in the process of making us who we are today.
I love to travel and look back through history so we may realize what we have now, to see how far we have come and the possibilties for tomorrow. Enjoy entertaing friends/family or going out. Want to be able to find someone who talks as well as listens. I'm looking for the "chemistry" that everyone says will be there to let you know your with the right person. Is "chemistry" real? Give me your thoughts on that. Everyone says they like to cuddle up while watching tv, reading a book, enjoying a storm, or in front of a fireplace. I like that too but can you enjoy the times when no one is saying anything yet know what the other is thinking and still enjoy the moment? I want someone who can go off with his friends and let me do the same, yet make sure we have enough together time to continue to build a strong relationship.
I'm looking for a man that can talk without using hurtful words or sarcasam to get his point across and will wait until we are alone to share a disagreement. I want a man who knows where he is, where he's going and to realize he truly wants to share his life with me. That includes the good and the bad times we all go through. I like to have doors opend (but not all the time). I want to give as much or more than I receive when it comes to life, love, and romance. It is the little things that we would do each day that would count the most. Little things could mean pouring you a cup of coffee or leaving a note to say can't wait for you to get home, a kiss just because you're there. I would like similar actions from my partner.Romance doesn't have to cost a lot it just takes a moment or two to show how you feel for that special someone. I found I'm not comfortable riding a motorcycle but enjoy being on the back with someone else being in charge. I'm not a "biker chick" just enjoy being outside and with someone that enjoys me. I think it is best for a first meeting rather than a date. I like going to a place to just get a cup of coffee or in my case tea or hot chocolate this time of year. If we both feel like we want to see each other again, then we can talk about the first date.
