OK, first off, I KNOW I need some pictures of me in normal clothes...maybe a suit and tie so it doesn't look like I dress like a hick all the time. Some of the pictures on here were taken when I was playing music. If I do say so myself, I clean up pretty well.

Music: Love hippie, alt-country stuff: Byrds, Flying Burrito Brothers, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Commander Cody, Gram Parsons, Eagles, etc. Also love The Jayhawks, Ryan Adams & The Cardinals, Whiskeytown, etc. Love classic rock: Beatles, Stones, Creedence, etc. Love The Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan, etc.

Movies: Love old film noir, classics, Sixties British films...

TV: Anything with criminolgy and forensics. I think most of today's TV fare is crap. I do like History, IFC and stuff like that. I LOVE British comedies, my favorite being "Rising Damp."

Books: Mostly music biographies.

Sports: Ho hum...not much.

Food: Sushi, BBQ, Seafood...have gotten into juicing...fresh carrot juice with some apple to sweeten things up...mmm!

Interests: Playing music live is the bomb for me...I don't really have any other hobbies. I love my dogs and like spending time with them...I like them more than I do most people. :)

Dreams: To meet a true soul-mate who shares my musical muse, one I can sit with on the porch at 80...holding hands...and laughing and smiling about the good old days. If I were to make a list of of what I'm looking for: Honest, good sense of humor, non-judgmental, supportive of my music, faithful, good looking, conscious of health and well-being, secure within herself, enjoys PDA, spontaneous, good communicator, lady in the streets/wild in the sheets, common sense, etc.

Best features: I've been told: My eyes, my smile, my wit and sense of humor.

About me: I live in the country on an acre, and I have a pretty big fenced backyard. My dogs are part of my family and I love them dearly...I don't like to leave town without them. Jack is the best dog I have ever had. I also have Heidi, a white American Eskimo and a black cat called Silky. My son found her a few years ago at Albertsons during a heavy rainstorm. He found her, asked around and no one knew anything, so he brought her home. I got her fixed and she has been a part of our family ever since. She's sweet. For fun without the furry family, I play drums and sing in a Portland-area band I started back in 2003. It's my main hobby. I love playing live music. We play alt-country, some traditional country and old rock and roll.
