Hello to You,

POF is certainly turning out to be an interesting experience. Sometimes crazy, but definitely interesting.

I am here to make some new friends, and maybe date if it works out. I'm in no hurry either way. I split my time between Sac and Yuba City, (work in Sac, live in Yuba City). I live in Yuba City because I am close to my family here. I really like my family. When I need a night out, I usually go out in Chico or Sac, but a local dive bar with fun people can be just as fun. As far as traveling, I am definitely planning on taking more weekend trips to SF, Napa, Reno, Santa Cruz, etc.

Some random facts about me: Sometimes the music I'm listening to matches my mood, and sometimes it makes my mood. I like to cook. I'm just as comfortable in flip-flops and board shorts as I am in a suit. I'm loyal. I have a good job. I have a beautiful, 10 year old daughter that I adore. I used to be a bartender. I love music and I love beaches, (NOT the movie Beaches. I respect it as a chick-flick, but I would never watch it alone). Anything else you want to know?

I'm relaxed and easy-going, so please feel free to start up a conversation with me.

In my opinion, the only thing that really matters is the connection we make and the chemistry we have. In the end, there's no pressure. It's a friendly outing to see if there is chemistry.

To answer the question, sometimes it's good to start with a drink somewhere comfortable, and check the chemistry. Then, as we relax throughout the evening we can move on to dinner, maybe go to a live music show, go dancing, eat late-night dessert, etc.....but let's not get ahead of ourselves. A daytime meeting would probably be more active. Has anyone been ice skating on 20th Street in downtown Sac so far this year? Just a thought, although I'd probably be sore from falling for days after. Sounds like fun anyways.
