I have a shy personality, but I am looking for someone to break me out of that. I have been single for too long and figured I would try out some online dating. I work a lot of hours so I found it difficult to get out and meet people. I am hoping to eventually meet someone who makes me as happy as I can make her. I work as a network consultant and have been on the same job for over 10 years now. I spend a lot of my free time working on remodeling my home and trying to get out with friends.

As for music, I guess maybe as I am getting older (ha ha) my tastes are shifting. I like to listen to Dave Matthews, Will Hoge, Jimmy Buffett, John Mayer, Jewel, Van Morrison, Pink Floyd, stuff like that.
I am a huge movie fan, I ll watch anything once, though, I am a guy so I do tend to gravitate towards violence in movies, but... I have seen a few chick flicks. The Notebook was really good.

When I am at home, I do not usually watch too much television. I do use my DVR alot. I record shows from NatGeo, Discovery, History and the Science channels... Yes, I am a dork. If I am not watching them, then probably something sports related, or I am working on remodeling my house. That project never seems to end.

I like to try and keep the first date easy. Dinner and drinks somewhere that we can talk and get to know each other. The second date, will (during this time of year) probably be a Phillies game. I hold season tickets and am always looking for someone to go with me.
