I am British and have been in Ottawa for the past three years. I love living in Canada and I am looking for someone to complete the picture here.

I am outgoing, sensible, caring, and a good listener. I make friends easily and have a good sense of humour. I enjoy seeing the world and have travelled and lived throughout Europe and Africa. I love eating out and like nothing more than challenging conversations over a good meal and a glass of red wine or a pint.

I have a great career, currently as a CFO for an international technology company. I am independent, self-motivated and have recently begun an Executive MBA programme at Queens and Cornell. I am not ashamed of my intelligence - if you have no interest in the news or were not somewhere near the top of your class at school then good luck with your next fish :-)

I play all sports (not hockey) and am a keen downhill skier. I am a big music lover – I relax playing the piano – my favourite pieces are from the Romantic to Jazz eras, including Chopin, Debussy, Rachmaninoff and Gershwin.

I am recently divorced but separated for two years and I have been dating for the past while. I do have a beautiful 5-year old daughter who I see whenever I can, though this is difficult since she lives abroad with her mum. I adore being a father and want to have more kids when I find the right person.

I am looking for a professional, well-educated woman who enjoys going out with friends. I would like to find somebody who is elegant, self-motivated and driven but still knows how to have fun and relax. I also need to be with a woman who is active and enjoys taking full advantage of what life has to offer. I hope that you will share some of my passions for music, travel and good food.
