I am hoping to find the last love of my life. I am a hopeless romantic. I love candlelight, soft music, sweet wine, flowers, watching sunrise or sunset together. I like to spoil my man and expect him to do likewise with me. I am intelligent, love to talk and an interesting conversationalist. Writing is my passion. I love to paint pictures with words. I am very careful with words because you can either build someone up or tear them down. I strive to always linger on a persons strengths. I like to make people feel good. I am very easy to get along with. I don't like to argue, but not afraid to stand up for myself either. I have been single for a long time. So I am pretty independent. It is not that I need someone in my life as much as I want someone to share this part of my life.
They are not called the golden years for nothing. I like to travel, take long walks, flea markets, auctions, antique malls, day trips driving with no destination in mind, just hanging out with my friends, family and that special guy.
I am pretty outspoken but never rude. I believe in getting things out in the open up front. I am not interested in developing any kind of relationship with anyone who is not single or who is romantically involved with someone at this time. I am also not interested in anyone who lives, or works out of the United States or is in need of money or financial assistance. Nor am I interested in women.
This is the best time in my life! My children are adults and my grandchildren are the icing on the cake of life. The most important part of my life is my faith, family and friends in that order. I am interested in finding someone to share this part of my life with.
I like to travel, whether it is long trips or day road trips, I like to visit beautiful or historical places. I follow the teachings of the Bible but I do not preach and I am not judgmental.

A perfect first date would be to meet some place where we could have coffee and get to know each other. Then if we enjoyed each other's company maybe have dinner in a restaurant that served good food, had soft dim lights and soft music playing in the background.
