I have somewhat eccentric eating habits... more healthy than not... like tofu, salads and ice cream... will have glass of wine occasionally...

That depends on season, time of date, location, etc...I would probably rather meet the first time just to talk, perhaps go for a walk, have lunch, ...go to the theatre, ...or perhaps a concert...
