I love to just be ME. I'm tired of playing games in life and have decided for the rest of my life it's MY turn. No more trying to please everyone else in my life...I am who I am and you like me or you don't....it's simple. I am a very young 51 year old woman who knows what she wants out of life, not afraid to take chances or try new things. I would love to go parachuting. I know, I know, why would you want to jump out of a perfectly good airplane???? Heard that a thousand times but I will. I have friends in just about any age group, am not shy. I love fishing but taking those hooks out...I don't know. I love just about any outdoor water activity. Be it water parks, ride in a boat, sitting on a beach somewhere talking, or sitting on a river bank fishing...it's all the same to me. I love reading, swinging in a hammock, summertime, gardening, taking strolls. I'm a pretty laid back person, very slow temper, stubborn, a little hard-headed, intelligent, have a sense of humour, and I really, really love to laugh. It's the best medicine ever. I don't wear my feelings on my sleeves and am not afraid to tell you what I think. If I disagree I'll tell you or debate you. I don't discuss religion nor politics as most people are set in those two particular areas. I can take constructive criticism but really, all the time is very annoying. I'm not awfully spoiled, just moderately. I am addicted to Dr. Pepper's and coffee. You can talk to me after my first cup. On occassion you may find me with a few shots of Tequila and nursing one on the rocks...but those days are few and far between. I am a woman who wants a man to not stand behind her or in front of her but beside her. I do like to flirt but not outrageously. I am impulsive sometimes which has gotten me in trouble a time or two but alas I am beginning to control that. I am disabled but it has not stopped me from having a good quality of life. Remember one thing, you'll have me at that first good laugh. :)Oh yeah, don't hate me...I'm a real Texas woman but I have yet to understand football so that's all greek to me and nascar is not my thing....seeing cars go round and round the mayberry pole is not my cup of tea but if you like it, go for it. We all can't be alike. In closing, be kind whenever possible...and it is always possible. And also, time spent laughing is like spending time with the gods.
