I moved to GA. in April 2009 from Seattle where I lived for the last 20 years. I have a huge heart and I'm a great listener, I'm willing to help anyone almost anytime, as long as they are willing to help themselves too.

I enjoy all types of activities from relaxing on a rainy day watching a movie, running, hiking, camping, fishing (although it’s been a while), working outside in the yard, going to the lake or amusement parks, a play or ballet, grilling at home with friends or to dinner at a nice restaurant. I enjoy cooking either by myself or with someone, I love to cook. I can fix or build almost anything, wood work, metal, electrical, plumbing etc. My favorite music is Classic Rock, 60's, 70's and 80's.

Here are a few random things:

I will make you coffee in the morning
I will always make sure you have milk for your coffee or cereal in the morning
I will make you breakfast in bed on the weekends (sometimes)
You can always use me as a pillow
My shoulder will always be here for you to lean or cry on
I will walk up behind you and give you gentle kisses on the back of your neck
You can laugh with me and at me
I will laugh with you and at you
If you have a bad or just want to relax I will:
Run a warm bath for you
Poor you a glass of wine
Light some candles
Put on the music of your choice
Most of All: I won’t disturb you, unless you want me too.
I will fix things when you ask, (you may have to remind me once or twice though)
I will go grocery shopping with you or by myself, it doesn’t bother me.
I will go shopping with you if you ask, providing you’re not meeting a half a dozen of your girlfriends as well. (I don’t want to be the “odd man out”)
You can have your time with the girls
I will have my time with the guys


I'm looking for someone who is secure and has some sense of direction. I don't mind if you have children, I love kids. I don't however expect to meet them unless we get serious. I believe children should be somewhat sheltered from their parent's "dating scene", unless they are older. My ideal girl would be between 27 and 47, HWP, if you're more than 30 lbs over weight, sorry I'm not interested, just being honest. I want someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously, who can joke around and we can make fun of each other, and others for that matter:-)

I'm an engineer for a communications company, I love my job and probably work more than I should. With that being said, I'm not looking for someone to take care of me, I can do that just fine. I own my own home, pay my bills etc.

I believe in god, I also believe he helps them who help themselves. With that being said, I don't attend church, I'm not saying that I won't or that it's a bad thing. If you put church and god first "above your family and friends", do you think that's the right thing to do?
