I’ve rewritten this profile about 3 times now…one of these days I’ll get it to my liking.
For now, I’m just going to write down a list of facts and tidbits.
1) I’ve been to 13 different countries, and lived in another 2 (Iceland and Sicily).
2) I’ll never eat as well as I did while living in Sicily. The food there was amazing.
3) Labradors are my favorite dogs.
4) The BMW M5 is my dream car. One day I will own one…Black with tan interior.
5) I’m a jack of all trades and a master of none. I eventually want to have a complete woodworking shop to make my own furniture.
6) I have a huge variety of interests ranging from science to theater to electronics and cars. If I have to ask “how do they do that”, I usually research it and find out. If I were a cat, my curiosity would have whacked me by now.
7) I’ll be retiring from the military when I’m 38. At that point I’ll be starting a second career. I haven’t decided what I’m going to do when I get out, but it’ll have to be something that I enjoy.
8) I love teaching people. Luckily, my current job in the Navy is instructing the new people in the repair of Aviation Electronics and maintenance techniques.
9) Honey is the only natural food that does not spoil. Had to throw that in there.
10) My favorite band is the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Fav Movie is Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark, Fav Color is Blue, and lucky number is 256.
11) I don't wear much for clothing at home to save on my A/C bill. I'd like to go all solar someday, and save some money.
12) I like reading about the Universe and String Theory. Brian Greene is one of my favorite authors for armchair physics. Micheal Crichton is my favorite for fiction and science fiction.
13) I have very recently purchased my first house. The thing that excites me the most is having a home which I can play with and upgrade.
14) Words I’d use to describe myself; Understanding, Caring, Affectionate, Intelligent, Witty, Romantic, and kooky at times.
15) I have never been married, I have no kids, and I do want to have kids with the right person eventualy.
16) I'm a big fan of the arts. Theater has always been a standby for a good time.

I'm game for anything fun on the first date. I'd prefer something active, and something that would aid in getting to know you. Maybe going to a museum or an aquarium. It'd give us something to discuss and make the conversation a little more organic.
