I am trying to expand my horizons and get interests outside of my normal sphere of people that I talk to during my normal work week. I would like to gain some friends and to see what happens from there. I do not like to talk about myself, but in this forum, I suppose I must, so here goes. I am the father of two great boys, 7 and 16, and enjoy spending time and watching them grow to little men. I love to learn, especially about history, art, science, cultures, and almost anything else. I am a romantic at heart, in spite of my current situation. I am an athletic man who enjoys working out, learning and speaking with new people. We could meet for drinks and learn about each other's lives and what each other likes. Really, the first date should be about learning who each of us are, so the setting should be something that can allow us to talk, beyond that, I am pretty open. Maybe, if the vibe feels right, we could go out dancing and to have fun out of the normal bar scene.
