Wow, here I am in the single world, ready to date again!

Even though I'm just looking to date right now, I'm open to the possibility of a long-term relationship with the right man.

I'm smart, optimistic, easy going, fun, down to earth, open-minded, with a great sense of humor.

I'm a single mom to a terrific eight year-old son (I know everybody says that, but he really is!). He lives with me most of the time, and he is with his dad every other weekend during the school year and every other week in the summer.

I live and work in Huntington Beach and I really like it here .. and I'd love to meet someone who lives nearby and can share all this area has to offer.

I have great friends and enjoy getting together with them for pool/jacuzzi parties, game night, dinner and a movie, laughter (bad jokes), and other fun stuff.

I enjoy singing, and I used to sing professionally, so I also enjoy karaoke.

I'm not a religious person, but I do consider myself spiritual.

I'm looking for a friendly, tall, attractive, playful, family oriented, responsible man with a little bit of an edge and a great sense of humor, who is also romantic, knows how to treat a woman, has great values, and is kid-friendly.

I'm not looking for the Harley-tattooed-biker type or the habitual/excessive drinker, and, sorry, I'm just not attracted to Black men.

I want to mention my marital status is marked divorced. My divorce is still not finished due to legal red tape(the only thing missing is the judges signature), but I assure you I have been legally (legally separated) and emotionally disconnected from my ex for over 2 1/2 years. We have both more than moved on (He is in a new long-term relationship and already has produced 2 additional children with his new partner) and I wish him well. I say this only to reassure you that there is no possibility of a reconciliation with my ex. I am not the same person I was when we were together. (Thank God!)

I was a non-smoker before my divorce and my goal is to return to the world of non smokers. Smoking is not something that I want as part of my life. If this is a deal breaker for you, I completely understand.
