| | I think the best place for a date is anywhere where the two of you are together and enjoy the atmosphere and the company and you admire the beauty of Christ in each others life. You share your Christian values and how important Christ is to each other. Although I think the first time you meet a person, it should be for a brief time. You want to make sure that you feel the connection and that you feel comfortable and if not then you both will know that you are there for only a short time. But if the connection is there and you want to date then I think it would be nice to go for a walk in the park holding hands and admiring God's creation and being thankful for each and everyday, or having dinner where the music is softly playing in the background. I once experienced a romantic atmosphere at the "Red Lobster." When I looked around to the different tables I saw married couples with their children talking, laughing, and enjoying their meals while other couples were enjoying the evening together while listening to soft music playing in the background. I am looking for someone that is first of all a strong Christian who bows (prays)to the Cross every morning, who is honest, funny, caring, considerate, charming and is a giver of self and down to earth. Someone that is a jokester but also lets me know that he is joking. Someone that likes to hold my hand and put his arms around me. A passionate kisser. Someone that likes to slow dance and turns to Jesus daily and isn't afraid to confide in me and tell me how he feels. Someone that wants to talk about what Jesus has done in his life and someone that wants to know what Christ has done for me. I want a man that knows that Christ works through him to touch peoples lives. Someone that will be my Godly strength when needed. A man that admires and appreciates me and the love I have and want to share with him.I am interested in someone that has children. I have always wanted three kids in my life. I already have a son who is an adult and I wouldn't mind younger children back into my life. I write poetry and have written over 44 Christian poems (nonpublished.) I enjoy listening to classical, jazz and country music. I like to watch old american classic movies, (adventureous, humerous, and romantic movies.) I like to hear children laughing. I like to make people smile and lift up their spirits when needed. I know that Christ works through me, though it may be subtle, to touch peoples lives whether it be through kindness, patience, prayer, making them laugh and/or smile. I once was told by a friend that they saw Christ in me and I try to always live up to that compliment. |
