I was born, raised and have spent most of my life in Calgary, but have lived in Mexico City, Venezuela and Spain. I enjoy learning and speaking other languages, as well as travelling anywhere and everywhere I can.

I am a pretty active person, so I'm usually participating in yoga, biking, walking and racket sports. I just experienced my first hiking trip in Kananaskis Country this past summer and can't for next summer so I can go again! I love Banff and Lake Louise so skiing is a favorite winter pasttime of mine too!

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and a Masters in International Relations; I might eventually go for my PhD. I would like to be a travel writer and am always writing or reading about travelling; I find other cultures fascinating. I just took a position as a writer for a new magazine starting up, which will be distributed downtown. I am very excited for this as it has been my dream to write for a career!

I'm pretty laid back in terms of music - I like everything! I am a big fan of rock, house and latin music though because I love dancing! I consider myself a movie buff, except for horror movies, since these tend to scare the hell out of me! If you liked the Hangover, Transformers, Gone in 60 Seconds or any sports movie ever made, we will get along; I also enjoy the occasional documentary. I'm a pretty bubbly person and can get along with almost everyone.

I am looking for someone who can be a best friend and partner at the same time. I tend to have a busy schedule but I always make time for the people I care about the most ;-) Maybe that could be you?
